Yaqi Liu

Yaqi Liu is associate professor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She received her Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from Wuhan University in 2012. Her research has received grant support from agencies including National Social Science Foundation of China. She served as principle investigator on eight funded projects and as co-principal investigator on more ten others. She has published 2 monographs and more than 20 academic papers in premier journals and international conferences.

Dr. Liu’s research interests are centered on Personal Information Management, including the investigation of legal protection of personal information, sensitivity analysis of personal information, analysis of identify risk to personal information, market value and utility of personal information. She is visiting Drexel University and is collaborating with Prof. Ke on research related to information retrieval and web data mining, especially for sensitivity prediction of personal information.
